Yes, you can cancel or modify your order before it is shipped. However, once the product has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible to request any changes.
We only accept returns for damaged products. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support within 2 (two) days of delivery to initiate the return process.
